Every dish is built from whole, recognisable ingredients: day-fresh seafood, meats, native heirloom rice and fresh coconut. No canned meats, no instant mixes or powdered seasonings, no refined sugar. Just real food, cooked with care.
Dining Arrangements
Our kitchen prepares the dishes featured in this menu. Kindly inform the villa manager at least one day in advance, so our staff have time to shop and provision for your chosen dishes. All ingredients and items required for preparation are charged at the guest’s cost.
