  • Everything is cooked fresh to order. Nothing sits on a buffet. Take your time.
  • Dietary needs are gladly met. Tell us about vegetarian, vegan or allergy requirements and we will adapt any dish.
  • One breakfast selection is served per morning for the table. For any special request, kindly let your villa manager know the day before.
  • Fresh fruits & juices follow the season. The selection changes with what is ripe and local.
  • Upon request, cow’s milk, brown sugar and other preferences can be arranged, subject to availability on the island.
