3. AVAILABILITY & SERVICE DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of:

• Electricity, water supply, or internet connection
• Cable or streaming services
• Appliances, pool systems, or other facilities

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain all systems, interruptions may occur due to:

• Maintenance requirements
• External service providers
• Weather conditions or force majeure events

No refunds or compensation shall be provided for such interruptions unless explicitly stated in the Booking Agreement.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Weather conditions
• Government actions or travel restrictions
• Pandemics or health emergencies
• War, civil unrest, or airport closures

Such events are governed by the applicable clauses in the Booking Agreement.

8. HEALTH & TRAVEL DISCLAIMER

Guests are responsible for ensuring:

• Valid travel documents and visas
• Compliance with health regulations and entry requirements
• Adequate travel and medical insurance

We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Cancellations
